Returns

Eligibility:

Please reach out to our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 0321-2299476. Provide your order number, description of the issue and any supporting photographs or video.
After providing all of the details our customer support will guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of customer.

Refunds

Approval:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Items return informed after 24 hours time period.
2. Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
